- Some Things I'm Trying to Do to Promote Sustainability:
- Commuting by light rail, purchasing as many products as possible that are free of packaging, avoiding overconsumption, gardening organically (when I have the space)...
- Interests:
- Yoga, non-religious meditation, hiking, language studies, finding natural and healthy snacks and meals in the area (someday maybe that will be possible while traveling, as well).
- Books:
- Almost any outdoor adventure story, funny stuff like The Egg and I or Cold Comfort Farm. I've been sort of reading Plan B 3.0, and I've finally gone most of the way through Deep Economy.
- Music:
- Röyskopp, The Knife, Amr Diab, Sonic Youth, Zero 7, Massive Attack, Ane Brun, Coldplay,
- Movies:
- Really weird ones (Tideland, Delicatessen, that kind of thing). Really engaging ones (Kandahar, What the Bleep, Pan's Labyrinth). Really campy ones (Company of Wolves, Buckaroo Bonzai).
